Phalaenopsis got its name from its resemblance to a graceful butterfly. Due to it's color-changing nature as well as beauty, it is renowned as "The Queen of Orchids". As such, the Phalaenopsis possesses a persona similar to a butterfly, spreading its wings and fluttering across lands and oceans, finally settling and blooming beautifully in Paraguay.

Taiwan's natural environment is unique, and is one of the native lands for Phalaenopsis. With joint efforts from Taiwan's government and agriculture academia, we have created what is known globally as the "Phalaenopsis Kingdom". Since Paraguay has similar climatic conditions as Taiwan, there is great potential for Phalaenopsis cultivation. The Inversion Agricola de Taiwan en Paraguay will replicate the successful achievement of Taiwan's "Phalaenopsis Kingdom", and fully promote the establishment of the Paraguayan Phalaenopsis Industry.

The Inversion Agricola de Taiwan en Paraguay has established the promotion of an education center and exhibition sales center for Phalaenopsis, which was constructed under the collaborations among the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF), Taiwan Sugar Corporation, and respective Paraguayan technical teams of experts. From September of 2020, Phalaenopsis will be able to be mass produced, ensuring that it will no longer be an unattainable flower. Instead, Phalaenopsis will become an attainable daily staple. Similar to the meaning of Phalaenopsis, we wish to bring all Paraguayan people blissful happiness.
